File Processing & Retention
Uploaded archives and reconstructed output files are processed automatically for analysis and recovery purposes only. Files are stored temporarily and are scheduled for permanent deletion within 24 hours after processing.
FixZipFile does not manually open, inspect, or review file contents. No uploaded files are reused, shared, or retained for training or analytical purposes.
Limited residual data may briefly persist in encrypted system logs or infrastructure-level backups for operational security and abuse prevention. These backups are not user-accessible and are rotated automatically.
Information We Collect
We collect only data strictly necessary to operate the Service:
- Uploaded Files: Temporarily processed for recovery operations.
- Transaction Metadata: Order identifiers and payment status.
- Email Address: Provided by the payment processor for receipts and support.

Payments & Third-Party Services
All payments are processed by our authorized payment provider, acting as the Merchant of Record. FixZipFile does not store, process, or have access to your payment details.
